NEWKID 28,582
The easiest grant available to business owners is the business rates grant, if you pay no rates on your unit (so get small business rates relief, I think that is under 14k a year rent) you are entitled to £10k grant money through the council (rates office) dead easy to apply for and money in 48.hours... If you pay business rates on your unit I think you can claim up to £50k This is grant money, so nothing to pay back...

I provide labour only mate my unit and all the gear is payed for direct by the company, I just manage the incoming and outgoing stock and do the reworking of the gear while it’s in the warehouse, not really to worried about grants and handouts just very pissed of that the bank that should be helping in times of difficulty are trying to stick the boot in as well, anyways an apology was all I was after so the £55 is just a little bonus and a confirmation they were in the wrong, I’m happy now,

They're just a necessary evil nowadays.
