yea just looked on there site.delivery from £6:00 i think i will give them an order dc..

i plan on boiling 1or 2 up a few times a week to make a warm soup

raw or boiled up for a warm soup..great food for the dog's 

Fish bones, brains, cartilage and fat are nutritious, and contain high levels of vitamin A, omega-3 fatty acids, iron, zinc and calcium. In most fish, the head, including the collar behind the gills, amounts to roughly a third of the entire fish itself.

why salmon ? I go the local fish mongers i get most of the heads and blood from the tray for next to nothing and mash it all up there's whiting trout cod mackerel cod ect mine don't seem to mine and they look ok of it feck me 30 years ago they would of been suited with sprats never mind salmon
