Bit of help, I need to raise the cheek piece on my stock so I can get a good eye alignment with my scope,what methods do people use in this scenario, it's probably only a cm or 2...is it worth getti g the stock cut with an adjustable cheek rest or just pad it???.. Cheers

There are loads of ways to approach this, the quickest and probably simplest and easiest to reverse is below.  You can of course get all sorts of custom work done on the stock which could end up costing a fortune, or you could get lower mounts on your scope!?

The best one by far in my opinion and one I have used to help both my wife and others is the Beartooth comb raiser kit which comes with various foam infills allowing you to set the height very easily and accurately. I was going to loan mine to Si Brown to do some tests but seem to have loaned it out to someone, god knows who but if the lower scope mounts will not do what you want, these will.
