Adjustable Butt Pads

I would like to fit an adjustable butt pad. Rowan Engineering make a beauty but really expensive. Any suggestions for a cheaper alternative?

The Bisley ones are around £20 on Amazon.

 ......... You'll probably need to re-size it slightly.

I'm sure i've seen a video of Davy Thomas fitting one on Youtube.

Its easy Jonny but size it to the stock not the original pad

place it on the stock and draw i line around it

then use a bench grinder to size it down to your line

you may have to make some new screw holes to fit it

I bought one of these for my rimmy as it is just a bit short and now annoying the hell out of me BUT like a twat, I didn't look very carefully because the bloody stock is curved so cannot use it. No fool like an old fool eh.......

Now have to look for a flexible pad, not what I wanted and I am not keen on cutting the stock so it can fit, I am far too much of a coward to try that.
