C.green 3,261
Anyone that knows me will tell you my dogs eat a lot of venison so much so they can get sick of it at times I allways mix it with chicken or fish to cut through the richness abit. Quote Link to post
Squirrel_Basher 17,102
Not telling you how to do things mate but I'd be using that sparingly or your terriers will be shitting through the eye of a needle. The bones are great for restless mutts with flesh left on and ribs especially. Fed it for years cut with meal. Dogs will squit for sure depending how much they get to start with but good result mate ,make it last. See if you can leave it in the chiller whilst you deal with each carcass mate ,the longer it hangs cold, the easier it digests . Quote Link to post
leethedog 3,071
Yeah will mix it with chicken wings hopefully stay solid then probably try and mince up the boar be hard going with my hand crank mincer Quote Link to post
Squirrel_Basher 17,102
Didn't notice the boar to be honest .Pork isnt anyones first choice for feeding raw to dogs but boar might be different .Minced may well be the way to go with that . Quote Link to post

Dead Eyes 681
If I remember rightly, pork has a parasite? that lives in it. Mine have never been great with it but I believe if it's frozen beforehand then it's killed 1 Quote Link to post

Squirrel_Basher 17,102
The old saying was pork never kept condition well ,was slow to digest and needed freezing before feeding so ive never used it though ive access to dead piglets . 1 Quote Link to post
