Now. Normally I'm no foodie and I don't go on ravin about sauces and such but the mrs bought me this Levi Roots cooking sauce... my god. With half grown wabbits... my god. Utterly worth knocking together. Just that jar and rabbit, nothing else... bang on. Obviously you can do ya self some basmati rice to go with if your feeling all 5 star :)

Sounds nice , I love pigeon here's what the Mrs does with them pigeon breasts stuffed with cream cheese

 

Here's one my Mrs does with pigeon breasts :em2300:

 

First of all ingrediants for two people

4 pigeon breasts

4 tbs bourbon soft cheese with herbs and garlic

1 egg and 1 tbs of milk

Plain flour

Breadcrumbs

 

First off all cut a pocket in the pigeon breasts and fill with 1 teaspoon of the soft cheese each

Then dredge the breasts through the flour and then dip the breasts in the egg and milk mixture

And then coat them in the breadcrumbs

Now melt the non salted butter in a large frying pan until it starts bubbling , then place the breasts into it for about 3 mins each side , and there you go serve up with rice and a nice green salad :D

 

The pigeon breasts ready for the frying pan , with a added amount of chilli sauce

I don't know mate, I thought Levi Roots was the bloke that got a deal for his sauce on Dragons Den?

Yeah that's right , but allegedly he nicked someone else's sauce and palmed it off as his own if memory serves me right it was in the paper's st the time
