just had to get these baby lamb ribs from suffolk , stuffed them with garlic, bit of rosemary and made up a fresh mint sauce

All ends up in the same place. But good eating it before it gets there.

 

It did look good though in its final moments before its long journey.

lol i will be honest and say it was delish ,, i fell out of love with lamb a few years back , but since i been trekkin to suffolk i found a butcher that serves up beautiful lamb mmmm
