usual bile from these coursing club followers,I wrote a long post and said to myself, fuk this.and so i deleted it lol..they think they own every hare, net the fuk out of areas, and obliterate the population to suit their needs, you go for a walk, and a hare gets up,your a criminal, you get together with a few mates and nets the entire population of an area ,and your a coursing club member, see I know a lot on this matter cause I supplied certain things to folk that are involved in the CC's,Every man to their own sport but all that goes out the window when they wreck your car, puncture your tyres, throw rocks through your windscreen,(happened to a very well known terrier man)I understand why lamping hares at night can piss em off,but dont tar us all with the one brush ffs

Hare coursing way before it became organised was a man singular and his dog going out for a couple of runs to get a hare for the pot yes and the enjoyment of seeing two gifted athletes vye their skills against each other. The man and his mate out with a couple of hounds out for a day again for meat or the pot and to supplement the families budget. The odd wager or pint or two or ten bob between mates was no crime. Then enter the organised coursing clubs thats where serious gambling enters the passtime, licensed bookies, laws and legislation superceded the genrtlemans rules and agreements and as happens with anything where money in large amounts is around enter the criminal elements troubled times they have come and the toll of the bell ringing the death nell for coursing had come not in the hands of the single courser or the couple of mates but with the Organised money making business oft refered to as Organised Coursing . Its easy to point fingers at travellers ang gangs roaming the country gambling and drinking but we all know where the tradition originated, in the hands of the Politicians and the Gentry who used to hang and deport people for catching a brace of rabbits and called it tresspass in search of game incidently wild rabbits that were on common land that was originally stolen by the powerful Gentries Ancestors or politicians wanting to curtail public freedoms and tax or impose fines for centuries old Country traditions, getting the picture are we?
