EDDIE B 3,169
What I'd like to know is what kills them off so quickly. Their not over hunted if hunted at all, they have plenty of food and shelter, and no major predators, mink, stoat or weasel. The only thing here is foxes. Maybe the odd mink but rearly. Atb j It's the RHVD virus jetro. This country is f****d with it.but would you not find dead rabbits around the way place then. Just in the door now after been out with the dogs and not one rabbit.Atb j I'm no expert lad, but they say that rabbits die underground. It's nothing like the mixi, where rabbits crawl around dying a slow death, and you can easily see that they are infected with it.
Malt 379
Saw a 1/3 grown one running beside the road a couple of weeks back. They breed all year round here in the SW mate, got to have a good cold spell for them to stop completely. Its only mixy that stops their number exploding..
