That's bad, how long does it take to count things out, and then count them back at the end of the op, or maybe they don't bother.

He said surgeon came in and said "theres not really an easy way to say this but we have lost a pair of forceps and may have left them inside you so we have booked you in for an xray" and walked out! I know NHS do some brilliant stuff but with both my kids my misus had bad experiences in the maternity ward. Not as bad as the above mind!

I know NHS do some brilliant stuff but with both my kids my misus had bad experiences in the maternity ward. Not as bad as the above mind! I'm glad I can't get pregnant. When my misus was in with first one we were visiting her in a multi bed ward during visiting time so the room had 6 beds and 4-6 people at each bed. R lass was writhing in agony sayin she needed a pee, but ur on a cathata love? I looked under the bed and the bag looked like it was guna burst. So I went out and told the fat old ugly bitter grumpy horrible women that seem to be based on these wards and in one chorus said its break time. One of you get your arse in there and change the bag or I will cut the pipe and you will have to mop the piss up, my wife is in agony. One of em got up huffin and chuffin and said I will come now and went into the kitchenette area so I went back into the room. In she followed with a pyrex jug flung the covers back on the bed opened the tap on the bag filled this jug with piss and walked out. In front of everyone. Misus was embaressed and distraught. Disgusting. We arent having anymore but if we were Id be going private.
ryaldinhio 5,188
Worst one was after the birth misus had complications and had to go to theatre. They left me in room wi little un and said 'if everything goes ok we will be back in 20 mins' 1hr 45 they left me in there...a cleaner found me. I thought misus was f***ing dead. The excuse was there had been a change of shift and no one had passed on that I was in there. Well didnt you think it strange a woman laid in maternity ward without a baby? Worst hour and half of my life.

Little un was month and a half early so wasnt ready for that then just to be left with her in room wi a puddle of blood on floor. What made it worse was I went out into corridor a couple of times to see what was going on and was just ushered back into the room. It turns out that was because I had little un in my arms but I werent to know that. I was literally sat thinking how am I guna cope with a premature baby on my own!
