Night Vision Is The Way Forward.

Got myself a Yukon photon to pair with the impact, for the rat offensive.

Made a big change. Had 10 in the bag within a half hour, before rain stopped play.

Land owner was happy, told me to take a dozen chicken eggs and a couple f goose eggs, as I left.

I do like the photon mind out of all the nv,s iv had it was the only one i could get along with but im a lamp man so sold the lot lol

 

some times wish i had held onto the photon

 

i may get another some day

I had the N550 pulsar but couldn't get on with it. Made me feel sick and dizzy using it.

Brilliant but of kit but just not for me.

i got splitting bad heads off them that and the fact you could not see for the green in your eyes and that was when you were not using it lol

 

if i remember right the photon lights up black and white so it dose not have that effect on your eyes

 

there a good bit of kit but i was still having trouble judging distance with it as i did with all the rest

Still got the lamp, with warm white, cool white, red and now ir. The little buggers are none the wiser with the nv though, you can't really pick your shot. Got a bushnell nv monocular as well, for spotting. ?

Tried the Photon and most TV units but not a patch on the Pulsar N550 or N870

Any thing which helps with a clean kill at night mate .

I can remember telescopic sites coming into into airgunning and people saying the say thing about them ,just like NV
