First real snow of the season so going to see how far I get with the dogs and see what we can put up in the reedy fields, got about 5" here school bus didn't make it but got to give it a go

Yip we got same here pal, all older kids on route to school now but me and the weeman are gonna go sledging, he only over a year old an never been in snow yet haha dont know who more excited haha me or him

Remember when we were kids.

Going out to the slag tip covered in snow.

The posh kids with there proper wooden and plastic sledges.

But they werent as fast as us on a plastic coal bag lol.

Them was the days king, we used everything from dinner trays to coal shovels haha some was jist plain dangerous tho haha dont know if you got young uns but we got some cheap stand up sledges last year and by fook the fun for older kids haha

10,13,15, now they don't stay small for long.the same as the fridge it takes a pounding lol.

I've never heard of the stand up 1s

Remember the older lads had a mini bonnet a proper arm breaker that was lol.

Hobbling home with a swollen knee lol.

Frozen to the core.

A plate of pancakes and time to watch bullseye then.

Have a google of the snow hog sledge and the snow scooters king, my kids are light years away from what we had ffs haha missus says i only buy to try em and she may be right, id put pics up of them but older kids at school lol

I don't expect them to do much work today its the first time they have seen snow this year so will probably just want to play but you never know there's always the chance of bagging something
