Apbt In Ireland.

Can recall visiting a well known terrier breeder with a mate who was buying a pup. He had a pet Bulldog in the yard, next thing the Bulldog locks onto one of his Patterdale's throat. He ran in and got a breaking stick and had to revive the lifeless warrior, mad day ha.

Anyone own and work them in ireland.ratting/bushing.etc.

I was waiting for it to kick off when the lurcher ran in :laugh: fair play to you you've obviously put a lot of work into getting her socialised.

Yea Mate very common dog here, owned a couple myself when I was younger, Great sight dog off the back of the ute good all rounders. not much good with their nose compared to others I mainly used as part of a team pigs, fox's, roos

i know a few lads that have them here and lamp them on big weasels a mate of mine had one called cilla the softest stupid dog you ever seen she wouldn t fight other dogs loved to play with kids real soppy thing show it a weasel and it was a different dog it was mental it would switch on and off in the blink of an eye some cockney lad paid him a grand for it but i think he was going to be disappointed as she wouldn t fight shed get beat up by the lurchers and never retaliated funny dog but loverly with it

At least 3/4 grey 1/4 bull I had one called Flash, he was a legend all rounder

Had a wolfhound x grey and a stag x grey too, that were handy. Those dogs took time to come on but worth the wait. Most of the Aussie Stags are more like a deerhound

Brindle and white are full sisters both mine. just more athletic

 

 

Never would have guessed they were related.

 

Bitch I mentioned earlier in the thread that would catch the odd fox was the same colour as that brindle one, I always really liked it very eye catching.
