Underdog 2,337
But loved every minute. The rabbits were to small. When I did get a good one it kicked itself down a hole I did not notice . Jess tried digging it out but got stuck at roots. U. Quote Link to post

mark williams 7,568
I`m on a shoot at present where they want every single rabbit gone, regardless of size or age and I have to grit my teeth and get on with it. The other side of the coin says you may well kill the kits by shooting the Doe rabbits. ( milk). atb Quote Link to post

( milk). atb My rabbits are shot for Pest Control, there is no sentimentality, its business, and after the initial first or second visit to sites there are not usually many rabbits either. After that it is simply control over the few that tend to remain, big bags become history. Hence why I commonly take a very different view to rabbits/shooting than many who just want a bit of sport and to maintain their sport! Edit Let me also be very clear that I love the countryside, and I am in awe of nature generally! It is amazing to be privileged to see such wonders of seasons, flora/fauna and wildlife!
