Just landed anther permission tonight ,will be looking around it in the week

Apparently loads of damage caused by rabbits ,if its any thing like our Taunton somerset permission it should be good

Well .went there last night to have a look around, a lovely lady on her own about 50 years young . I gave her the insurance papers which she photocopied and some of my letter's from other permissions which she looked at

I walked around these fields with her and pointing out boundaries to me . As we are walking around she said ,just look how many rabbits are out here ,by then we have stopped walking , with her pointing at the rabbits . I must of counted 60 in one field and another 25 in the next field .

We walked back to the main farm house and the lady turned to me and said , "you come very recommended from the farmer up the road and also the letters of permissions you already shoot on ,I would love it if you could shoot for me if you don't mind" , of course I said i would love to ,with a big grin on my face ,

Loads of shooter's have tried for the last ten years or so to shoot on this land ,but she wouldn't allow any of the to shoot , I have also tried about six months ago ,first it was a yes then 30 seconds later it's a big no and this was on the phone .
What she also said last night ," I wish i let you shoot here six moths ago ,as you come across a very nice responsable man "

So the moral of the story never give up trying to get that permission and always talk face to face and not on the phone , make sure you take all your papers of insurance and other permissions letters
