Neal 1,891
It was my 47th birthday last week and I opened an envelope from my lovely wife which had written on the front "A surprise to think about....." Upon opening said envelope I found an internet printout for tickets for my son and I to see Wales at the Principality Stadium at one of the Autumn Internationals. We've opted to see them play Japan because, as Oscar said, "Mummy used to live in Japan," but as I've never been to the stadium before I have no idea which tickets to go for. The seats available were for behind sticks, longside seats and longside lower. Does anybody have any advise re which give a better view etc...bearing in mind that Oscar's only eight...also any advice re North, South, East or West etc? Thanks in advance. gnasher16 30,598
Ive only been there a few times mate but being as how no f****r has replied i,ll tell you what i know which isnt much ......ive been in the middle tier one time and upper tier another, both times at the North end.....to be fair its a fantastic stadium......like many new stadiums theres probably not many bad seats at all although i do remember a few of our fans moaning that their seats were virtually behind one of the big screens and they couldnt see the whole pitch.....i remember being surprised how steep it was in the upper tiers they really are nose bleed seats but again its not bad views as such, you just might need binoculars !.....i actually think its a better ground than Wembley in terms of how fan friendly it is and its location....its probably a better designed ground its got a number of fan zones on the middle tiers and everythings very well organised....but im an Englishman so i,ll stick with Wembley as a favorite but im sure you,ll have a great day sorry i couldnt of been a bit more helpful my memory aint what it was although one of my visits was a painful day i dont want to remember much anyway Edited March 22, 2016 by gnasher16
