What's the breeding behind them?

The 2 smooth coats are full brother and sister from different litters 2 years apart from a line of old style roo dogs, The white and sandy hairy bitch is a borzoi stag x stag, the big dpg is mostly wolfhound from hunting parents and the smaller brindle bitch is a smooth coat stag x mongrel.

I think it's bit like the Americans they don't rate them pure but mixed into their stag or coyote lines they add a bit to it.

Same here, theres bugger all hunting stock in pure form, there are a few with borzoi in the mix like mine, she is only young but coming along ok, it will be a while before i introduce her to any thing with pointy teeth she is pretty soft and tempremental, time will tell. On the up side she is fast and has a big fuel tank which is what i was hoping for.
