random 659
found a copy of the mirror ,the day man landed on the moon ,it was complete and in good nick ,got £15 on flea bay for it. That would of been a good one,as said its a shame the ones I come across are never in good condition, the moonlanding would have been framed and hung I think if I'd have found it... random 659
Not quiet the same I used to do a bit of restoration work on funiture I found 2 full sovereigns glued to the back of a draw from a Victorian pine chest of drawers that cost me £ 50 ....often drawers would be lined out with old newspaper that made interesting reading I like the thought of Antique's for this reason, bit of a romantic "Lovejoy" notion but finding old things in old things just seems so possible, well according to TV programmes anyway

random 659
Yeah like in old farm buildings that soldiers may have used or stuff those preparing for an invasion may have hidden away? Could be some interesting finds out there...
