Nice one Mac , don't forget to clean the barrel first , like I said in the PM to you yesterday try Falcon accuracy plus pellets , flies flatter and faster 620-625 fps or JSB express both are fantastic pellets through most HW .22 guns even at long distance

Its the first thing im going to do and im back off to the rfd,s for some pellets

what are the jsb, exacts like VM as he dose not have any of the other jsb range

i got a cracking deal with her i got her for £750

im well happy with her and iv never fired a shot yet lol

Guys, just explain for a new idiot .22 and .177 for hunting. I thought the .177 was for targets ?.

I don't want to drop a bollock when I save all my pennies up. Keep me on track, you have done a good job so far.

Real nice bigmac, it's good when a plan comes together.

I fuss like mad before I buy cos when the money has gone you have a long time to live with mistakes.

When I buy I never look back because I have taken the time to make the best choice for me LOL.

its the shooter behind the rifle

that makes the mistakes not the rifle or cal

iv try,d 177 and dont like it but ill not bring it down any more as iv seen how good they are in the right hands

all calibres are capable of hunting, its the calibre of the shooter that counts.

.22 transfers energy better so it hits harder but has a loopier trajectory so it makes range estimation more critical and threaded shots harder.

all down to which you shoot best.

beat me too it mac

Mate ,Just get to know your set up in any of the cal . I shoot in .177 and .22 and both will do the same as each other.

Cant see the point of .20 ,when you have a very good heavy pellet in .177 10.4g @ 712-716 fps and a very good light pellet in .22 13.4gr @620-625 fps but that my opinion and many others to

Falco acc plus take some beating for the flattest flight in .22 with a good retention of energy at the sharp end

Mac if you pm me your address Ive got about a half tin I'd gladly send you to try.
