I wish I'd one would be a lot more easier than moving them panels, seen a couple with wheels put most wouldn't hold half of my birds.

You want to see the grass where my ducks are - it'll be safe to say it fecked lol too much water mixed with webbed feet

Mobile pens are a good idea but they must be very well made as a lot of moving can loosen up timber and joints etc. and eventually the pen will fall apart.

Also, the fact that they just sit on the ground means that a fox would dig under them in a few minutes (especially on a nice soft lawn) so the area they're in needs to be fox prove.

But they are good for keeping good healthy fowl.

Are you making it yourself or buying one?

If anyone has made one on here or is going to make one could you please share - I'm having bad thoughts now of putting wheels on the duck pen. But by god it'd take them to be strong. It's just a galvanised steel dog run I've them in but it's a pain in the arse to move. I'd to take it apart piece by piece yesterday to move it then reassemble. See my pain in the backside!

I'd reckon wheels on it is not a possibility cause of the weight. But if I'd few ideas off here I'd give a go at making a wooden one myself.

Little miss DIY
