bigmac 97kt 13,832
Rotex R8 mate. You'll be mixing it with the big boys for half the price. Good plan, I have no experience of Hatsan air rifles, but if they are anything like the shotguns, they are not worth a wa*k mate, ultra,r8, or an s200 will all be miles better, and .177 is the way to go mate Say,s the man that buying a 22 and a springer to boot :tongue2: :whistling:  atvbmac 1 Quote Link to post

bigmac 97kt 13,832
You dont say what you want it for IE,hunting or target shooting if you need it for hunting then the ultra will be spot on its a cracking little rifle and dont let the shot count put you off as hunting you will not use all the shots any way But if your going down to the range with her then make sure your bottle is full as you will be running back to the car to fill her most of the time lol my grandson little hunter has the ultra in the synthetic stock and in 22 he hunts with this and its not been reg,d or even had a scew driver to it and it is spot on every time. atvbmac  1 Quote Link to post

Craig Fosse 286
Don't rule the s200 out, it's air arms form of the ultra 1 Quote Link to post
Rez 4,961
+ 1, the S200 is as good as the ultra without a doubt. It just is. The only reason the ultra has such press is due to the YouTube wannabe stars using it to drop game at 50+ yards. The ultra is as good as the scorpion, but why has the ultra so much attention. It's no better, the only thing of difference is the barrel length. No mention of the AA models... Naturally because they aren't used. The only reason the imp sold so well is due to... Yes, the YouTube stars using it to drop game with "clinical headshots". In fact, any 'decent' PCP will hit the 1 inch zone every time, with your input of course. 3 Quote Link to post

xs78 15
I love budget stuff my next gun will be a hatsan at44x-10, from huttonscartridges.co.uk, iv used this rifle, nice bit of kit for the price, pretty consistent on power and accuracy BUT new out of the box I would strip, clean/deburr and rebuild everything with new seals, simple and quick to do but it will smooth out the action increase accuracy Iv tried a few under £350 and this is the best iv found for the price 1 Quote Link to post
