mackem 29,966 Posted December 24, 2014 Report Share Posted December 24, 2014 Yeah,the worlds biggest Rousette fruit bat colony is a couple of miles away from here,its in the guinness book of records 1.8-2 million bats,I have visited it quite a few times and its nothing unusual to see pythons lurking around,christmas day in the jungle for you mik? MIK 4,763 Posted December 24, 2014 Author Report Share Posted December 24, 2014 No Christmas at home with the family Mackem ....It was a bit of an adventure getting back I left the jungle last week and it took me 4 days to get home I took a chopper ,small aircraft ,mini bus ,boat ,boat ,mini bus ....then got to Port Moseby airport no aircon ...I was sweating like John Terry at the MOBO awards ,,,sitting on the plane for an hour then they tell us to get off as the plane is broken so had to sit in the airport for 5 hours ......then flew to singapore ....couple of more taxis flight to Schippol ..gets there and my flight to Aberdeen is cancelled so had to fly to Heathrow then Aberdeen ....going to NZ on the 8th of January if my Visa comes through if not Vietnam on the 15th , 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
