How can you say Chelsea outplayed Newcastle ? Simply by looking at the facts, Newcastle won, so, ipso facto, they were the better team . But watching the game, Newcastle gave as good as they got, and won, so, once again, how could Chelsea have been the better team ? If they had been the better team, they would have won ! The record books will forever say Newcastle won the game, so it's impossible to say Chelsea outplayed them .
