Get the seasoned roast bags from the supermarket, drop squirrel in and away you go better than rabbit. Head off and gutted about 9 in the morning, washed it in the bath about 1 in the afternoon and it was still wriggling,that put the lads off ! 1 Quote Link to post

Last year I fought 10-15 mins on my mates rib a mile out in the channel, when I wore him out and got him in he was 5 foot and only weighed 15 pound and i was godsmaked but one hell of a fight which I think the currents played a part in. Also dispatching him was a bugger as he snapped my stainless steel knife and I needed pliers to pull what was left out of him, like I said in a previous post ...the things I've got in my freezer.lol Edited September 7, 2014 by celticrusader Quote Link to post
