RemyBolt 420
So what does an experienced technician do regarding honey bee hives? Get the queen and sell her on! haha Quote Link to post
Robie_n 10
You's could use carbon copy paper work to prove the customer I liable for not taking your advice then you have a signed copy if anything comes of it. I'm not a pest controller just run lurchers and bit of ferreting so Iv had nout to do with bees but why are you's destroying them thought there would be an initiative to remove the honey bees and relocate them ? Sadly that wouldn't work You can't pass that liability on to anyone, with or without a carbon copy. The person who applied the product remains liable whatever you do Quote Link to post

Matt 160
Sadly, the pesticide legislation is very different You can't pass on liability for pesticides you've applied. Government grant? That really has made me laugh. The government that promised to 'cut red tape' has done nothing but add restrictions and paperwork to the pest control industry, while the cowboys and amateur users can just carry on regardless Happily, I don't use any toxic pesticides these days. I'm just a mole catcher. Quote Link to post
Deker 3,478
I had a panic wasp nest job a couple of years ago, they had just moved into a loft space and were very active........ Turns out there was no wasp nest but the owners had just had bees professionally removed and left the honey, the wasps found it PDQ and there was an awful lot of activity as the wasps were raiding the honey! Government grant? That really has made me laugh.
