Miliatry law, He shouldnt have done what he done with evidence on cam. There is 100s of cases like this every year, where if you say I honestly belivied my life was in danger and made a split secone decsion. But there is evedince proved this was not the case. Its morally wrong for SGT A to be sentenced you know that and so does every one in the country. Law is the law and I personally think they had no option. 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
