Malt 379
You just wonder what his record would be like if he'd been able to keep his head right all the way through his career. Probably the most naturally gifted snooker player there's ever been.

How many times do we say that though Malt when it comes to gifted sportsmen.....Best/Gazza as examples.............sometimes i think its those flaws in their makeup that provide the confidence for that gift to show itself.

gnasher16 31,602
You off up to Newcastle tomorrow Gnash ? Not a bad time to play them They have thankfully been a bit hit and miss of late. 2-2 for me. We,re at home mate....but yes i,ll be over there as always.......a win for our little mobs could see us both move up a few places as Fulham and Cardiff are unlikely to get anything

torchey 1,328
Alex higgins was a good player without a doubt but no way in ronnies league ,,,i think he will probably beat most of hendrys records and if he could,ve kept his head together from the start he would,ve shashed em.
gnasher16 31,602
Totally agree Higgins was a great talent of his generation as Jimmy White was of his but of those naturally gifted players none can compare to O Sullivan i think its almost freakish to have that much natural ability from such a young age i remember an interviewer asking the darts player Phil Taylor if his talent was a natural gift or hard work......he made reference to Ronnie o Sullivan playing left handed and said " with my left hand i cant get 3 darts in the board........hard work "
