Still to warm we could do with some hard frost an snow to knock charlie to ground round us. Still been getting a few but mostly out of drains an bales plus we havent the foxes round are area like we used to have just far to many shoots an rifle men blasting em an killing the dog game now for us.

this season is real slow everyone saying same thing. been called out a couple of times but nothing in the earths. wont be long till cubbing is here.

It hasn't been too bad for us so far got a pup started off this season so am more pleased about that we were on our way to a earth that was kicked right out last week and just as we were getting to it a f***ing massive dog fox came bolting out av never seen that happen before and was shocked so I would like to have a dig to this fox before the end of the season to see what hes got

Been out this morning on a call out, usual holes were flooded by a stream so we bushed about and ran one into a bale stack. Found one to ground in an old chalk pile, so wet you could see chalk marks where foxy had rubbed on small trees, broke through and it was like white soup in there, dog up to her shoulders in it and charlie bottled up tight. First season bitch on her first proper one, very pleased with her.

3 farms locally under water .A drive round the lanes and full ditches tells me drive on from past experience but did get a dig today in sand but only 3 ft deep on a hill .
