Locator Options

Looking to purchase a locator for my terrier in a few months. What options do I have and what are the pros and cons of each? Please only speak from experience not from hear say. Thanks in advance yorkshire-kid

not like rocking horse shit mate there plenty of places sell them just go to the avalanche transceivers sites they sell peips ortovoc and barryvox I just bought a bca tracker 2 works spot on with the bellman collar

if your thinking of doing any serious earth work the mk1s would be a last resort. buy a b&f there a lot dearer but u wont go wrong with them 100% every time

I have a deden mrk 3 never let me down pal and receiver on collar is very small and good for rock piles but jmo jh09

Barryvox pulse and a BF collar are a great combination

I use both and find the deden mrk 3 40footer to be pin point accurate the b&f always seems to be a foot to ether side just imo

the b&f is only acurate to 300mm [ 1 foot] i rate the bellman collar with the barryvox or the new bca tracker 2 both are exellent bits of kit
