Daz39 962
Stuck working from home, bored to tears, had to have a bit of a plink in the garden. flicked the auto aim on for a couple of mags through the HW100T. sub 5p groups the lot of em, but at 25yrds you'd hope so. I used to get through a tin of pellets every few weeks plinking in the garden or the range, but its crap versus getting out after rabbits or pigeons.... Roll on the weekend.... 5 x 5 shot groups, H&N FTTs at 25 yrds.... Yawn.... 1 Quote Link to post

villaman 9,982
You need to put the time in on paper at different ranges as well , so you know what your set up is doing ,or not doing for that matter 1 Quote Link to post

Daz39 962
Only springer I have is a shitty SMK SNYXS, couldn't get groups like that if I put the paper next to the barrel haha. Springer is on the shopping list, I had a 97 for a while but traded up. Just don't have the cash nor can I justify it with the 100. One day, when our lass finishes Uni and gets a job haha. risingfriend 1,042
get youself some hft knockdown targets mate with the reducer rings and then shoot from prone then kneeling then standing makes it less boring than punching paper and if you start knocking down a 15mm kill zone from all positions ranges your laughing 1 Quote Link to post
Daz39 962
Sounds a better idea. I was shooting a 25mm bottle top at 35 yrds, stood, unsupported with Visaluk last week. I like the idea of a knock down target for the back garden. Can never have too much practice stood/kneeling. Certainly helps when the grass is wet and i don't want to go prone haha.
