well Gwen finally back to normal after her first heat...she's been a pain in the arse ...combination of youth and breaking down .. hormones all over the place lol ..shes 10 month now and all going to plan ..done a bit of ferreting and a couple spins on the lamp ..she's caught a few now and behaving really well in general. I was up at 5 am today so grabbed the lamp and headed off with her..short walk and lamp on... let her go she was unlucky on her first run losing ground after slipping on a turn.. never mind ..next field found her a squatter albeit not sat far out but she'd seen it so off she went ..it lifted , couple turns and it made it to safety..or so it thought lol it must have gone to ground but not deep enough she pulled it out and a nice retrieve... well happy finished on a high and headed home for some breakfast  she's roughly 5/8 collie 3/8 grey ..atb sesku

Fair play sesku a early start, how is the bitch running, does she tend to run in the beam, or like most collie saturated lurchers out in the darkness and cutting in.

early days ..she's only had a handfull of runs on squatters ..time will tell but she's certainly got some prey drive ..atb sesku
