Bit Of A Plink And A Bonus Bird.

Went out for a bit of a plink and as I was setting up, spotted this fat bar-steward parked up in a tree. Took a kneeling supported shot from 22-23yrds, bang in the head, dropped like a stone.

It made a mess of its head so didn't take the pic of the gore.

I'm havin' a couple of big breasts off this 'un.

nice one mate, what gun are you shooting with.

As Mac says, it's the HW100T - no K in this one. I truely is "auto aim" (trademark oneshotskot) between 20-40 yrds. The 0.177 is flat as you like and cracks rabbit skulls for fun. I have to admit, after the scope and bipod are added, it gets heavy towards the end of a 6-7 hour night. But I'd not swap it for anything. Love that gun.

I hope that the shot was taken while adhering to the terms of the General Licence, that you had exercised all other forms of control, eg, scarers etc?

I counted to 3 and it didn't go..............

And I pulled a funny face at it..... still didn't go....
