unlacedgecko 1,467
Is it Holland that have the extremely restrictive hunting and shooting laws? Yes. All use of sight hounds in banned, they must be muzzled when being walked. Only 6 hunt able species, all small game or birds. Very short hunting seasons, all large game species are only controlled by government contractors only. BUT, it is nice and close to the rest of Europe. Apart from Spain, most places do not allow the use of sight hounds. Good terrier work on the continent.

lapin2008 1,587
Is it Holland that have the extremely restrictive hunting and shooting laws? I have no idea. Yes they do, sighthounds on the lead at all times, wearing a muzzle etc The vibe I got though is people seem to be more willing to let others get on with their own lives a bit more than here, much less curtain twitchers over there... may be wrong, I've only been a few times
