gonetoearth 5,144
As Stiffmeister rightly points out look at the clip of the bloke, read up on his lifestyle an family situation Absolutely no loss to this planet at all The best thing he ever did for his kids was fall over in a riot so that says it all A smart arse alckaholic who got asked to move then f****d out of the road.....any normal bloke would do the same if faced with that type of bloke rambling on in your face Dry your eyes boys, one down and about a million to go ! . Wilf the world is full of such people are they so worthless the don't deserve the protection of the law The same law that protects the wealthy Are you saying because he was on benefits he should be treated different If thats the case lets go back to the society that created this culture and hold them to accountable. we can all put forward opinions but the fact of the matter is the police are employed by the state to uphold the law and are trained in crowd control this officer slipped through the net and was a wrong un , do you think for one minute the met would admit liability if they had not carried out an internal investigation theplod on the street again have been put in the firing line its a fine line on hind site they should just have nicked him for dd job done nite in cell fine end of story but no bully boy boots tucked in socks had to go and look the hard man in front of the cameras now every copper put in similar situation will think twice about doing the same and in the cases when the need to wont whos the c**t ?
Brewman 1,192
The police said unlawful force was used but that was in a civil court so the burden of proof is a lot lower. Also there were at least 3 autopsies done where the pathologists disagreed on their findings with one of them being struck off for something else. That would not have been the best evidence to convict anyone. Tomlinson was a sick who had gone up the lines at least twice which at one stage nearly resulted with him being bitten. He had a few beers and was an arsehole who wouldn't move on the first time. However the policeman who pushed him if I can remember rightly went out of his way to push him by running past other officers. If he had been pushed by an officer who he abused face to face with the same outcome I would say it's unfortunate. There was a lot of bitterness and hostility between him and his family do no doubt they'll be drinking to his health.
