good choice of pcp Skot you wont go wrong with a 100 mate superb i have had 3 and will keep my 100kt :thumbs: they are just doing a run of .20 calibre also something else to throw in the mix :hmm: and as Si said mate if you can stretch to a sidewinder sr pro they are mint. i brought one for the 97 and want one on me wolf. My brother Gary has one on his 97 and one on his 100 also. i had always used a mtc scope and dont get me wrong they are quality but the sr pro ret is the best of both, xmas tree ret but with finer aim points ;)

going to stick with my mamba lite for the 97kt.

then when I get the hw100kt it will be having a panorama for a few months until I can get the sr pro. :thumbs:

any ideas on a good bipod then? :whistling: harris 9-13 ??

I have a Harris 9-13, good quality, swivel and tilt :D

Still rock steady on aim tho, or do they wiggle about pretty bad??

 

do they just go straight on the 100KT no problem?

 

 

whats the deal with these front end stock stud screw things..? heard theres 2 sizes, 13 and 17 (mm?) .. and that they cost about a tenner...? :icon_eek:

Have a look at the deben bipods good for the money mate i have one thats a few years old and spot on still but the harris are also quality never used a tilt or swivel and never found the need for one. have a look on ebay mate for the stock screw replacement think they are under a tenner :thumbs:

Your ok with a standard bipod until your on a gradient, you then have two choices, balance your pod on one leg, or tilt your swivel and tilt :D

might actually just buy a bean bag and save some money... :laugh::laugh:

 

when I had my aas410k few years back I took about 2 shots from off the bipod lol.(apart from zeroing)

 

theres no mad rush anyway, not as if I need a bipod for the gun to work lol. il have a think about it more when I have the gun :thumbs:

Hear what you saying Stealthy makes sense mate :thumbs: to be honest i only use the bipod for zeroing or with the nightvision :thumbs: but can see the benefit of tilt and swivel
