What Fuji bridge camera do you use Andy ??

I nearly bought a 2nd hand Cannon 1100d in the pawn shop today..

I bottled it and went to another shop and bought a Fuji S9500. It was 2nd hand & seemed to rival some SLRs with basic lenses..

You've got a cracking camera there Giro,my Fuji bridge is only an s5700 but I really like it,great wee camera and takes good enough pics for me,like you say unless you go down the route of expensive lenses for the DSLR there ain't if any difference IMO? I think Dazz has the same one you have and also Rabbithunter? If you don't mind me asking how much was the 1100d? I'd like one of those as it has video capabilities where as my old un's don't..the Fuji takes great video, even that little old un I have,I think yours is HD quality? Have fun mate and hurry up and fire some pics up lol..ATB Andy

Had a good wander yesterday, infact I done 14.51 miles according to my phone lol, after 12 miles I really felt like giving up but I had no option to carry on and back to the motor :-( I walked down the Ennerdale valley from Bowness Knott to Black Sail Youth Hostel which is about six miles give or take a stones throw and from there I headed up the Fell to a place known as Scarth Gap and from there you can see Buttermere & Crummock as they are on the backside of Ennerdale which to be honest I never even knew until two days ago lol..weather wasn't great, very cloudy and dull for the most but still we avoided any rain..walked along a track which ran alongside a fenced enclosure of perhaps 300 yards wide by 400 yards long and the pups were up on there back legs scenting and walking back and forth whining when up bounced a female beastie lord knows how it had got in the enclosure? Perhaps there was a hole somewhere in the fence but it was chicken fodder had one wanted it? The pups ran relentless all day long,I arrived the car park just after 11am and walked through the door at 6.01pm haha..

That is Ennerdale Water in the distance and my motor is at the very far end on the right hand side,I took this while walking up Scarth Gap..

The pups beat me to the summit of Scarth Gap lol..
