Furniture Valuation ?

reading this thread about old troughs and stuff.f**k if only we had known back when were kids.the amount of stuff we prob wrecked that would have been worth a right few quid today.

ive two old chimney stacks in my front garden keep flowers in them.there way old not that id sell em,but might be worth something.ill know if they were, if i go out one morning and some c**t has taxed them lol

there worth £20 to £30 each depending on condition mate.............and cant say id ever thought of you dabbling in flower arranging??? :laugh:

 

what about salt glazed Victorian sinks tim --got a few here

 

depending on condition id say £30 to £50 dave........... :hmm:

 

but we all know your prefer to take it to auction..........

told this story on here before we where at bamfords auctions and they where filming -real deal Dickinson gave us a SSSSSSSSsssssssssssssshhhh were trying to make a tv show here I chirped up feck off were trying to make a living .... :D

 

pmsl!!!! my ex missis used to work at hoar cross hall, a health spar near me in a massive old hall.........dickie used to stay there and she said he was the biggest twat ever lol a right pre madonna who would throw his toys out the pram over everything......... :laugh:

 

he thought it was my mate who`d shouted it later on in the day he said hey buddy I`m the one going home in a limo -------- :D

another time were at an auction in Northampton waiting for all the crap to go through before the furniture my mate says I`m off for a stretch and a piss -- he left his bidding card on his seat a box of dolls and teddy bears comes up -------had to be done I bid on them and won them for 4 quid and stuck his number up --- the look on his face end of the day when he collected ,,, :D

--same thing happened few week later I said to him leave your card in case some dolls come up :D that's when he sussed it....

How the hell can you pay £300 sovs for something, put it on stock, wait for a buyer and maybe transport it around if its top value is £350 !!...........you would do your bollocks!

My favourite is when the greedy fuckers take it to auction and wind up getting £5 more but then paying the auction fee of 15% !!.........serves them right :laugh:

some sort of fraud catalogue I think ...as much as I cant stand the bloke he does alright for a bloke in his 70s ....had the bargain knuts round my stall fecking about filming bits they got the mrs to say a few lines did about 10 different takes filmed all my gear then never used it ...the next time they came smarmy david harper tried to buy a trio of ww1 medals and some photos off me for 35 quid in the end I said to him I don't like swearing but if you don't go in a minute I`ll have to tell you to feck off :laugh:
