Taking the pups ratting in the next week or so , what's best way to get them going there should be a hell of a lot of rats , do you think they should just go or should there be an elder dog ?? Cheers chaps by the way pups are 8 month and 6 month

If you go on land that is full of rat's with two pup's be prepared to go home disappointed..you will be better of trying to find someone with one or two experienced dog's to do the marking.. ;)

These will endless mate it's on a transfer station , just spoke to my pal he's able to come now his taking his 7 my 2 and my little mates bitch he has a sister to mine he bred her so we should have a bit of fun now !! Can't wait all his have done loads aswell

Alrite all,

I got a 5 mnth old bt and wold like to get him working but have no experience of this and dont no anyone who has.

I want to fulfil his natural instincts or see if he has any!

Does anyone have any advice they could give me??

A good marking terrier alway's make's life easier..good luck.. :thumbs:

my old bitch never let us down ---and she loved it when you dug the feckers out for her --- if i was digging in the garden she put her nose on the end of the bulldog and look at me as if to say what the fook are you digging for feck all at home :D

When i do any digging in the garden my old terrier comes and watches me..he is a pain in the arse as he get's in the way..and the only reason he does it is to eat any worm's i dig up.. :D
