Finished Season To Day

Went over to a friend today for my last days digging for the season. First hole we tried there was a lad at home so collared up my young fell dog 17months and in he went. After five minutes we had a mark at 2.8ft on the box. 10minutes later we were opening the hole and the quarry was dispatched. That was his third dig so hopefully he will stay doing the same next season. The next hole we tried had another lad at home. So collared up a Russell bitch 15months was her first dig. Got a mark at 1.4 dug down to her in a few minutes and. Lifted the bitch and let d quarry run for another day. Next hole we tried was 20yards down the ditch collared up my second season bull patterdale and in he went got a mark at 1foot. Dug down to him and lifter him and let quarry run for another day. That's my season ended now and we had a great year. We have around 60digs got this year. Hope everyone also had a great season. Atb Shane g

Wow walked all day for one dig dog did well tho a nice one to leave in his mind for next season that's me done unless I get a call out well done pal sounds a great day out

It was grand because the lad I went over to had them lined up for me. No better felling than when a young dog does the job. Atb with ur dog fagaen
