wirral countryman 2,110
I went up to the estate today to do a bit of ferreting without the nets ,just dogs and my camera,I struggled to find anyone to help me today and just couldn't get to the parts of the estate where the rabbits are in any numbers due to the heavy snowfall,so decided to just let the dogs have a bit of fun,it is amazing how agile some rabbits are ,this first pic is just after the ferret was entered, the dogs look to have everything covered then !! a bit of thumping and out it comes looking dead all the way it somehow manages to get between the dogs heading for the field chaos prevails for a few seconds more Quote Link to post

Tommy, she's lurcher/lurcher bred, both very good dogs on bigger quarry, she's been a great bitch and never had a day off from injury, out 7 days and some lamping on any ground or conditions, lives in and no bother, very fast but plenty of stamina and no saluki,WM Quote Link to post
