Lurcher Needs To Learn To Shake

Recommended Posts

Bite develop it.......you can train the dog to target what ever area you want it to bite

how do you do that.

yeh you might on a man, but some dogs just dont wont to mix it with a fox once they been bitten by them. Its is strange really, because you get some dog will bite a bloke or fight another dog, yet a little 18 lb fox they dont like to feel old charlie's chops on 'em dogs can be strange animals at times

this be an interesting thread , it can be a fact that a said dog wont tacle a wee foxy,on the other hand fih=ght like a buggerand bite human etc , the scrappers usually in my experience dont make quality single teeth dogs . the quite unassuming types with breeding are my choice when looking for the animal thats expected to take teeth as there chosen job. bird as made a good point some will shake the living daylights out of teethe quarry while others with an bred in way of dispatching teethed quarry is usually a trait begotten from well thought breeding over time through tested stock . of course we are tALKING PREBAN AND THE ANIMAL IN QUEATION AS LONG PASSED , but it seem like he was taking hold and and at times like this a moment or 2 to see what awakens in the animal when bitten hard. but like as said my thoughts in pest controll preban the animal will possibly be only as good as is handler on ly fools come to mind at times and many a good prospect have and will be ruined through sheer ignorance and bad handling atb bunnys.

Put your dog on a buncha fox by itself. It will either learn to kill the sumbitches or it will quit. Either way you win. There is no need for any extra bullshit training of the dog. Dont complicate something as simple as killing fox, just go hunt the damn dog.

And as far as introducing them. If that dog is ready to go on them now, just start takin it by itself. You did right by puttin it with another dog to get it to catch and fire into them but now its time to see if the dog will learn anything by itself. Trust me there are alot of dogs that simply wont learn to do it right ever and will just eventually say f**k it and quit.

i know thats true like but i guess i dont want that to happen tbh. i say it'd go like but havent seen f**k all to get it into in the first place,.. but will keep at it

It doesnt matter what you want really. It matters what the dog is gonna do. We all want a dog to be good cuz it sucks when they aint but facts are there aint many good uns. Not only that but this shakin thing is silly talk. There is no need for a dog to be a shaker to be a good kill dog. As a matter of fact the best kill dogs I have seen rarely if ever shook. The only time they "shook" was to rattle and confuse in order to take a proper hold. One that was accomplished it was all over the dying.
