Richie10 345
if they start threatning about my certificate im with basc so i would of thought they would then have to take on the case? in your dreams pal they wont touch it if your convicted I can't actually see what he would get done with, can't see walking a dog as an offence, as for walking the dog somewhere different than where he usually does, there is no law against that or you wouldn't be able to go holidat with dogs. WILF 49,889
they have to prove you were you dont have to prove you were not. I could be wrong but I believe the Hunting Act is a strange anomolie in which it is the accused who has to prove they were innocent rather than the other way round as would normally be the case. Take some advice matey, it dont sound too complicated so it shouldnt cost much......good luck Quote Link to post

WILF 49,889
i was cautioned at the roadside on the a17 for section 1 of the hunting with dogs act 2004. they have now sent me a summons for tresspass in seacrh or pursuit of game, woodcocks, snipe or conies. the police never saw me on the land it was a few women with some fanny lickers that reported me an i was also on a public footpath. so in my eyes they have no eveidence its just i carnt risk not getting a decent soliciter because of my job or i would of gone in on my own who nows lad best of luck all depends , you should'nt have said anything to the old bill before speaking to a solicitor except for your name and address and walking the dogs good luck So you were cautioned under one law, but have been sent a summons under another? You cant be charged with anything under the hunting act if its all as you say it is. Google "Burden of Proof Hunting Act" and all the information is there matey 1 Quote Link to post
