gnasher16 31,603
Lol....I do feel sorry for you lot wilf if harry stayed and all the English players that are in top teams now did aswell you could of had something special there..... Why do you feel sorry for us ? Because the great players this area has produced hasnt taken the local club to the top of the sport ?.........You show your glory hunter mentality even when you dont mean to Lurcher1 Most people who follow football respect the club for the players that its put out into the game..................Chelsea are European Champions, but are not respected at all......................................................you cant buy respect mate

Lab 10,979
No doubt about it mate, he would be a great signing for a club like us......as I have said before, quality is always quality. But, if we have to give someone their last few years retirement money then let it be someone who ( never mind what went on behind the scenes or with a section of fans) appreciates our club and the fans......no a bloke who has publicly stated that he would want to break the heart of fans who pay their hard earned to follow their club ( a club that the player in question has history with and which fostered his talent and put clothes on his back when he was a kid) Players come and go, supporters stay for ever.....they don't get to go to a better club, you don't have a choice, it's your club thick and thin ! We will still be there wether we sign him or not. Just to emphasise my point Wilf of how badly we treated the Lampard clan.......Harry as well...........have a little listen to this i used to go to these q & a meetings we all think we know better than our manager.........but how right was he.........no different to any other fans i guess we all think we know whats best for our club.......................if we knew then what we know now we would of treated this family with the respect they deserved.........( only my opinion of course....and i understand your feelings also ) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ctWS52IA_JY What a cracking little clip that was.......i think it proves beyond any doubt that Harry knows his footballers. Do they still do these Q&A things at clubs.....i'd be interested to hear Lennons views on Samaras... Wonder who that guy was talking then Gnasher..........bet he regrets saying that?... gnasher16 31,603
Just need to change that manager now TUFFTY Nah leave him alone he,s alright i must admit i was totally wrong about him......when he walked in the door i was calling for his head before he,d even done anything......but credit where its due he did what he came to do and is doing a good job up in this league as well................the style of football isnt too terrible and he did stop at only 3 x 7 foot Africans .........im straight with Sam now he has bad points but he knows more about football than we do so just got to put our trust in him and he hasnt let us down yet.

I think its a great idea...........but i could see the hardship with our abundance of foriegners. Theres so many questions that fans would like to ask the manager...i reckon half the managers would refuse too do it nowadays. I've been to a fair few Football Forum nights but its an allround Scottish thing and not specifically my own team. Still good nights..

I dont think the managers particularly like it but its a responsibility to the fans i suppose........i nearly had Glenn Roeder in tears some years back i can be a little bit too tenacious at times and he looked round the room as if to say " will someone shut this c**t up " ................to give him his due ol Arry always gave a good account of himself and would stay after and have a natter just like he was one of us........i always liked Redknapp i can see why players would want to give their best for him he,s very charismatic and just one of your own really.

I dont believe it!!!... Yes i'm trying to imagine Lennon being banded into a corner and blowing his top, his media skills are some what lacking.... Then you have Martin O'Neil who no doubt could sit all night and discuss every decision he has made and make you believe him. Inbetween there would have been Strachan........he would have to be behind a screen though...

Well if he has mate then i hope he stays at Celtic and i'll be the first too put my hand up and say i got it wrong. He's made to many mistakes for me, he seems to be the chop and change type of manager and i'm afraid imo that doesnt work. He has been fortunate that Rangers are no more this season as some off our league performances have been woeful but our CL performances has kept his season upbeat. He's one of these managers that because off the crap that he's had to endure with death/bomb/ bullet threats will always have a massive support from the 'die hard' fans. Ive never been a fan off players you enjoyed playing for your team becoming manager of the team.
NEWKID 29,307
That's a good bit of footage Gnash, it's hard not to like Harry, he really does come across as one of the lads, he definitely knows his football/footballers too and proves it time and time again... If he manages to keep QPR up this year it will be further proof of his quality.... You never know Gnash....., Lamps, Cole and Rio with Harry at the Helm next season?.....
