If you lads were stopped by police on the fens with a few hares, couple of running dogs and a bird of prey is there anything illegal about it?

Would you have to prove the dogs flushed the hares to the bird or would they have to prove they hadn't?

What ever the legalitys are,,,, the thing that's likely to happen is you get loads of hassle of plod,,, first there going to stop you for as long as they can,,, possibly of to nick,,, then see what charges they can make stick..they may try and take motors, phones , and dogs,,, even if they end up not charging you ,,, you might be without these things for a long time.

 

 

And I'm led to believe there's a cop out in lincs who,s an absolute wanker of the first order,,, and his mission in life is to catch folk out with dogs,,, shame they can't put more effort in any number of more serriouse crimes.....

Your right, there are much more serious crimes needing there attention.

 

Am I right in thinking they can only confiscate your motor if its in your name? Ie they couldn't confiscate a company car?

 

I don't break the law at all but as you say it seems they try to make a nuisance of themselves even if they don't end up charging you.
