must admit i have been with talktalk for over 10 years & never had a problem with the speed , having said that i dont use it for downloading films etc , just general stuff

Phone them and complain and go through the usual technical support bulshit.

See how far you get with them then when your speed drops again in a couple of days doo it all again. Happen throw a false complaint in the mix somewhere.

Pay your monthly bill up to date. Cancel the D/D

THEN FECK THEM OFF!!

 

If your mid term contract there is feck all they can do as they are not providing a service you are paying for.

 

I sacked them off around a year after they changed from tiscali to talk talk. The level of service was shocking not to mention the UNLIMITED download with a FUP!!??

Useless tw@ts and BT are no better! Had the prats out to fix the phone line which their engineer reported was fine! Amazing that as some little scrote had removed it from the wall a week before!

Not to mention the hours of my life wasted sat on hold to Feckin call centres.

 

We are with sky and they to date have been ok but have told them they will be fecked off if problems occur. Even on a contract.

 

Get them told fella.

Yes but you have to take the appropriate action and make the complaints otherwise you can't get out of your contract. Leaving you in the same situation you are in now six months down the line, getting fobbed off with the same shite.

 

Up to 20 meg!! Bollox!! Bloody lucky if I get 5.

 

Strangely enough when I changed SP's I did get a whopping extra 1 meg down the same phone line!!
