Elliott 436
Right lads I'm after a decent, reasonably priced scope for my HW77K. I've read pianoman's views on the Hawke SR12 and it sounds good but cluttered reticules usually put me off. Do the advantages outweigh the initial appearance? Quote Link to post
Daz 7 563
I've got a Fixed 10 x Mag MTC Viper on My HW80 K .22 cal and it does the job for Me, Most people will have used a MTC at some point or other and not to Pricey either. atvb Daz 7. Quote Link to post
Elliott 436
Hi Daz, had one on the HW100 but the posts were too thick and the reticule too cluttered for the type of shooting I was doing so I traded it for a Nite Eye Digi. Quote Link to post

gurtwurz 793
Sr12's are the best scope for a .22 I reckon, if you can find one cos they don't make em anymore. A lot of lads rate those hawke panorama jobs now, but I haven't used one so I dunno. JS ramsbottom do a good line of own brand scopes that are great for their price and worth checking out too. 2 Quote Link to post
Acuspell 329
I am a Nikon fan, the Prostaff is a great scope and reasonably priced. EXCELLENT lenses, not full of frills. See if you like the BDC reticule, I find it ideal. You don't need hold under marks for the 20 yarders, just aim a bit lower on the target. Quote Link to post
johnwhit 4
I'd be tempted to get one of these, excellent scope: http://www.jsramsbot...e-36-colou.html Or if money's really tight the JSR branded Leapers: http://www.jsramsbot...-up-covers.html Either will leave the loading port clear.
