i

Should have saved yourself some money, and downloaded, Microsoft security essentials, FREE

i could still take it back as i haven't opened it and ive still got the receipt.

Take if back mate, there is no need to pay for anti virus, i run 2 comps, with free versions on each, uninstall the one you have, and download and install the one i have suggested, simples, dead easy

ye i mite try that. is it easy and safe to download them?

Norton, troublesome, and a big resource hogger, all your daughter needs is the one i have recommended, and its free, 2 more good ones, Avast, and Avira, free versions, along with Malwarebytes, also free, job done, ive used the above for years, with no problems on my comps

I've used Avast free for about 5 years now and have never had an infection and I also run superantispyware free edition alongside it and perform regular scans. Between them both, nothing harmful has ever slipped through..
