Born Hunter 17,960
I don't want to start a cop bashing thread and I'm not in the game of second guessing armed response officers but this is quite interesting..... The officer said as Mr Duggan drew his right hand out of his jacket, he heard two shots to his left. He said he caught hold of Mr Duggan's wrists as he fell to his knees and shouted: "Where's the gun?" but failed to find one and started first aid. When Stuart Denney, QC for the defence, asked him: "Where was the gun?", W70 replied: "I have no idea". The case continues. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-london-19662526# Sounds like plod made a bit of a howler at this stage.

tegater 789
Well you will certainly start one putting that thread up. lol
tegater 789
Looking at sky news though the courts have heard that the gun was passed to Duggan 15 minutes before he was shot. The officer you are referring to wasn't the one who shot him I think you will find. The gun in question was loaded and had one in the chamber.
walshie 2,804
He was hardly your average Joe Bloggs. He was a toy gangster living in a grown up world and he paid the price. Shame.
Buch 145
Intelligence led policing. They knew that some were on his person was a loaded gun. You cant expect them to take a slightest bit of a chance with people, especially after what has happened over the last few days. Like some one else said he was playing with fire and he got burned. Its his own fault, no one elses, and good riddance to him and all the other low lifes.
tegater 789
Big boys rules. Lets see how many of those that said they had no sympathy for those two girls who were gunned down earlier in the week, and coming out with comments like, they knew what they were signing up to, say the same for this lad. I am guessing that he to, chose his path in life. I for one though will say the same, its an awful loss of a young life, wasted.
Nik_B 3,791
He got what he deserved in my opinion. How many times these wannabes fire a gun and some poor person gets hit by mistake.
