andyfr1968 772
I'd be interested in something like this but as I understand it some of the shots must be taken prone. I can't shoot properly from that position because of an old shoulder and neck injury (stupid motorbike!!) I can only shoot standing or seated. How would this fit in, if at all? hi Andy i can find out for you Thanks, Davy. I'd appreciate that. Quote Link to post
zini 1,939
I'm going and will be entering in the .22 class. Thats everyone else LOST then ........... I wish buddy. With the standard of spring piston shooters going I would be happy to come in the first 25 places pal. I will be happy if I score between 45 and 50 points, any more and it will be a bonus. I struggled a few weeks ago when shooting HFT with Davy and found with the .22 1/4 of a mildot means the difference between a clean knock down or a plate and even on a 40mm KZ at the longer distances. Your range estimation skills need to be really good and within 2 or 3 yards at all ranges and mine sadly are not without a LRF. Fingers crossed though i will not make myself look a plonker and it should be a good learning experience and laugh. Si. Edited August 31, 2012 by zini Quote Link to post
gurtwurz 793
With emphasis on the 'laugh'... Andy, theres normally one or two pegs where you must take a shot from in a certain position buti think you can pick your own firing position at most of the pegs.I should imagine that if you explained your predicament you'd be ok, but if not, it shouldn't stop you from being able to do the comp and have a giggle worth us lot, you just might not be able score officially? cheers, wurz Quote Link to post
