open season 21
hi guys just bought some RWSsuperfields for me Scirroco what a massive improvment on accuracy from using the Crossmans thay are so much more accurate and seem so much more stable and dont seem to wonder, nice one RWS thumbs down for me and the crossmans though sorry you little stubby lengths of lead. really thought you was going to do my rifle justice. Skot Ruthless Teale 1,701
so for the people that still dont think the difference in pellet brands makes a difference...it does! like a few of my mates they think air arms and jsb and ftt are all the same.. nope 1 Quote Link to post
open season 21
your right bud they make a massive difference especiallly in my scirroco i used hobbys years ago and had no reason to complain about them i used them for years and they was spot on for accuracy the same as the superfields they make a brilliant accurate pellet do rws real shame about the crossmans i had heard so much about them being a good pellet but to me they was rubish no accuracy at all they would go where they wanted lol they looked pretty in their tin but didnt do the job i expected of them Quote Link to post
Woodworm1972 24
It's a case different courses for different horses mate! Crosman's premiere ultra mags work very well in my S300 and a fellow shooters S200, and as you are discovering there are significant differences in pellet performance dependant upon the weapon used to fire them. Despite the performance of my chose pellet i'am currently looking for a pellet which will give me even greater performance! A possible candidate could be the H&N field and Target trophy trialed by Si Pittaway in his latest YouTube vid! A video Incidently, demonstrated exactly the differing performance of some top branded pellets shot by some very capable shooters :-). Of course it will still be a case of "buy and try" before I can determine whether or not they will work effectively in my weapon, but I have high hopes. Chris Quote Link to post
